Decisions by the Secretary pursuant to the authority of this Act are non-reviewable and committed to agency discretion, and may not be reviewed by any court of law or any administrative agency.

Section 8 sounds unconstitutional, and hopefully will provoke our checks and balances. From the NYTimes.com:

Senator Dodd said, “After reading this proposal, I can only conclude that it is not only our economy that is at risk, Mr. Secretary, but our Constitution, as well.”

  1. Obama enough is enough your words – bail out people not wall street. We were screwed twice once on mortgage fraud and then on gas manipulation.
