Ronan, just because there are theories along with Evolution does not obviate the millions of facts that go along with it.

What do you think the theories are trying to explain if not facts? (Evidence is another word for facts...)

Ben you should check out Shakespeare he wrote some of the first romantic comedies. Just thought might like to know since you like coldplay. oh and on evolution, we're getting there. eventually everyone will see it as a fact. Also some day I believe we will genitally eliminate aggression and live on a different planet. Ask Hawking if you don't believe me.

The world would not be a better place if we saw evolution as a 'fact' why? because as it stands evolution is a scientific theory. This means we are constantly reshaping our understanding of what evolution means and how we fit in to it as a species, leading to greater all round understanding.
The whole world excepting evolution as a fact would simply mean we as a species had failed to understand the continual changing nature of scientific theory and indeed good scientific practise. Though I doubt you really care about that as you seem more concerned with sticking it to creationists than actually understanding the topic at hand. As misguided as a creationist? Getting there.

"Many more think Coldplay are good."

I think Coldplay IS good. Seeing as how it is a singular object; a band. And I think Shakespeare is lame. You should try to not be narrow minded if you are going to preach open mindedness.
