It’s nice to see a positive story regarding fish and the ocean. The real issue will be maintaining the higher populations of these fish species. Irresponsible commercial fishing practices, particularly those that plo9w the ocean’s bottom and disturbs all of the species that support good food chains, have to be stopped.
We must also have enforceable international laws that support sound fishing practices in all international waters. Protecting only those areas that fall within national jurisdictions does nothing to address protecting ecosystems.
Thanks for the good word.
